Al Melillo is my go to person. He is always caring. He explains my condition and treatment In terms I can understand. I am fortunate to have found him. I have been coming to him for about 5 years now. He is well worth the 1-1/2 hour drive.

Al is personable, patient and an outstanding listener when conveying concerns. His thoughts, explanations and overall assessments are measured, and he's attentive to clearly communicating after reviewing prior history, test results, and present concerns. There Is very comfortable Q and A In conversations. When visiting with Al, I felt cared for as a patient, and I understood much more about my present condition and options. He's also conscientious about following up.

I would have had to wait several weeks to get an appointment with s doctor. PA Melillo was available sooner and I was EXTREMELY satisfied with his care.
