She was very nice and considerate. We exchanged concerns I had about test results She answered all my questions and told me what I should look for. Test next year and I also set up appointment to meet her!

When I speak wth Dr. Ogrin, I feel like I'm speaking with a family member. She's extremely knowledgeable, and you can tell she truly cares about her patient as an Individual.

Michelle thoroughly discussed my MRI. She showed the pictures of the areas treated to indicate no new growth, in fact, no growth. Appreciated her treatment plan and next steps. She did this in a friendly, caring way.

The care provider is was exceptional from the moment she entered the room and noticed I was wearing a mask and Shelly asked if I wanted her to put on one. One of the best I've seen at the clinic she made sure to Introduce herself to my caregiver as well.

While the Cleveland Clinic knows little to nothing about my cyst, Michelle still shows the upmost concern and consulted her colleagues to determine the best course of action for me. I appreciate her efforts and detail to attention.

Dr. Orgrin wants me to get physical therapy for Balance issues but I was unable to email her back in My Chart to her email to me. She stated she would recommend someone in my area but other than calling I was unable to respond to her. That part was frustrating.

I've met with Michelle Ogrin every year since my little tumor recurrence odyssey began. She's wonderful at what she does and to have such consistency in meeting with her every year has been fantastic. She is thorough, engaging and excellent at explaining everything to me. I hope I always have her for my appointments.
