To assure professional and commercial integrity in such matters, Cleveland Clinic maintains a program that reviews these collaborations and, when appropriate, puts measures in place to minimize bias that may result from ties to industry. Cleveland Clinic publicly discloses the names of companies when (i) its physicians/scientists receive $5,000 or more per year (or, in rare cases, equity or stock options) for speaking and consulting, (ii) its physicians/scientists serve as a fiduciary, (iii) its physicians/scientists receive or have the right to receive royalties or (iv) its physicians/ scientists hold any equity interest for the physician's/scientist's role as inventor, discoverer, developer, founder or consultant.* In publicly disclosing this information, Cleveland Clinic tries to provide information as accurately as possible about its physicians' and scientists' connections with industry.

We love Dr.Flask. We _____ the way patients are centrally checked - in at Lorain & love how Avon does it. As a "customer" the Lorain location is an unfriendly & unnecessary step.

Was very happy with our experience.

The visits I have had with my provider had always been great. She has always taken my thoughts into concern, and helped explained them to me. The visits have always been very good.

I understand that the dr. is addressing patients needs and that takes time. I love Dr. Flask and her staff. We always feel like we are her only patients except when scheduling then I know everyone loves her too.

Dr. Flask has been our pediatrician for all three of our children. She is an excellent physician and a wonderful, caring person. All of our children have considered her a trusted adult in their child/teen years. As proof of our confidence in her, we have recommended her many times to friends and colleagues seeking a pediatrician for their children.

We love Dr Flask. She always takes time to not only build a good rapport with us but with Stella also. Our daughter may not seem as if she likes to visit the doctor but later speaks of her with a good attitude. We would never change dr Flask and we would follow her wherever she went!

Reviewed on Feb 1, 2016

She is an amazing doctor the kids love her. She talks to them at their level never talks down to them. They are comfortable around her which makes it easier for them to be ok going for checkups.
