She completed her postgraduate medical training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals in Philadelphia, PA with a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology.

I needed to see a gastroenterologist. The wait time was 2-3 months. The scheduler was not able to schedule me with another doctor because I had seen Dr Francis. So I was forced to find another doctor outside the Clinic. I was happy with Dr Francis and remain happy with her.

It was a pleasure having a consultation with Dr Francis. She demonstrated that she knew my medical and recent MRI history and we could discuss my questions and concerns. As we reviewed my history Dr Francis alleviated my concerns about my risk of having Pancreatic cancer, and to monitor my health with future MRI scans, to be scheduled later in 2024.

Medical staff was second to none, professional patient, and most importantly Informative. Team members took the time to explain the process step-by-step, and listened to any questions posed. The patient and surgical waiting areas were immaculate. Dr. Francis was quite impressive and had great bedside manner. She took the time to explain the process in detail, thank you once again.

I only saw her so far for an upper endoscopy- but it was great she talked to me before the procedure and asked me about my issues, etc. It was very short though so I don't know that I can answer a lot of these questions. She seemed super nice and caring in those few minutes we talked.

Dr.Francis is very patient in explaining everything to my adult daughter under the autism spectrum disorder. She is well aware of my daughter's sensory ossues and is very caring and gentle with her. My daughter and I love Dr. Francis, she is great at what she does and most importantly hasn't lost the human aspect of her profession. Thank you!

Unable to contact via cell. Wait time too long on phone. Once contact is established, staff and doctor very communicative. Felt very comfortable. Doc Francis answered my concerns in a very friendly manner. Would highly recommend Doc Francis and staff. However, it is a bit difficult to navigate to the speak to an assistant. Wait time on phone is over 25 minutes. The contact process needs to be more efficient. But I still love the commitment of Cleveland Clinic in patient care and recovery
