Sandra Cooper is an outstanding care provider. She truly takes the time to listen and discuss my health and is interested in my perspective. I love that she recommended that I read a specific book prior to considering HRT so that I would be more informed. She never makes me feel rushed, and carefully reviews my labs and answers the long list of questions that I bring with me to each appointment.

I have seen 3 specialists in the functional medicine /integrative wing. One dr Todorov with my son. All 3 were super detailed, compassionate and thorough in explaining all aspects of my/son's care. My latest appt was scheduled for an hour. She was approx 20 min late for virtual appointment which I completely understand. I have zero issues with that. My point is I had a very short appointment from the time she actually connected to the time of disconnected was short. I felt rushed and she didn't know my history. So if she didn't know my history then I should've been given more time to explain my health history.

Ms Cooper was excellent. She explained several times that she knew I had several questions about the results of recent tests and assured me that we would cover them after she got a more complete history of my medical journey. She kept her word and answered my questions completely, in language I could understand. She emphasized the progress I had made over the last several years and prioritized future actions. She also explained the valuable insights she got from this history.

Its very hard to get appointments. I have been told I can see another provider which I do not want to do. Once you start with someone I personally like to stay with them. I have decided to book appointment in advance if not needed Ill cancel

I wish that my diagnosis was accepted by my primary care provider (believes that since Insurance does not cover the mold testing and treatment that I am being mislead about mold toxicity diagnosis
