The care provider took the time to listen to our concerns, thoroughly explain her findings and recommendations, and made sure that we left with no further questions/that we feel comfortable with the poc.

Megan was wonderful. After several weeks of difficulty getting care coordinated, we landed at an appt with Megan. She took control of our care and was so thorough and caring. We really appreciate her commitment to care!!

Megan was open and honest about the likely next steps forward. She was very good with our daughter who is hesitant to have her ears touched.

She was very kind and respectful of Emma (5). She talked TO her and not just me and asked her for permission before touching her. I really appreciated that. I know Emma did too.

Megan is great with Charlotte! She is kind and patient and made the experience a very easy one considering it could have been quite challenging with the ears.
