Ms. Albright said she was going to consult with Spine Neurosurgeon and get back with us later that day or the next day. It is now 4-2-24 and we still have not heard from her. We don't know how to proceed. We were just looking for a referral to Dr. R. Douglas Orr. Now we don't know how to go about it. We were told as new patients we could not see Dr Orr on the 1st visit.

Dr. Albright was very engaged and attentive. She didn't act rushed and gave me ample time.

Again, the long wait to see the doctor was a problem. Once I got past the waiting area, there were no delays.
