I am very fortunate to have Becky Coyner as my urologist. She is very professional, always courteous, informative and cares about my health often suggesting methods that may help improve it. I would say that she is the best urologist that i've seen.

Dr Coyner moved offices so my first appointment was cancelled, but when I called to reschedule they didn't have scheduling available yet for the new office so I had to call back a second time a week later. In that time my appointment had to be moved back several weeks from when I originally scheduled it. Frustrating but she's worth the wait!

The provider was good but interaction was somewhat limited as the provider's camera on Zoom was not working. She could see me but I couldn't see her. Additionally all of the medication and history information that I entered prior to this appointment was not viewable by the provider.

Becky Coyner is very knowledgeable, caring and explains everything she's doing, she's very gentle, she will sit and listen and answer any concerns you have, very understanding I always feel very confident and comfortable with her. I would never want another Dr. To take care of me for my problem only Becky Coyner. Also very professional. I know there's alot of verys in this statement because I'm very happy and blessed to have her as my Dr. Thank you Beck.

She was very understanding with my issue and made me the most comfortable I have ever been getting an examination. She made sure all my Issues were addressed and didn't make me feel like a number. The Cleveland clinic is lucky to have her on the team.
