I got to the portal on time, yet it took another half hour for the doctor to connect. And when he did connect, he talked for less than five minutes, and did not do a good job of talking about and discussing symptoms.

So grateful to have virtual visits as I was able to get treatment and care immediately instead of having to wait. The provider was excellent and took great care to listen to me and help me get relief from my issue.

Provider seemed more interested in turfing me to an in-person visit than in listening to me. As a retired CNP, I know that this was an appropriate situation for resolution via a virtual visit. Very disappointing and caused unnecessary inconvenience to me.

Did not truly listen to complaints/ symptoms based on my medical history, instead seemed more interested in protecting liability. Only advised to go to ER and proposed no other treatment for my covid symptoms no matter how much I explained.

I'm very impressed with his professionalism, kindness, knowledge, listening and understanding of my concerns, ability to explain his concerns/pros/cons of each option for medication, and follow-through the next morning after my labs so that I could start the medication quickly, which makes a huge difference in my recovery from COVID and the symptoms that affect my sinuses and breathing.
