Before I left the ER the doc had a nurse set up a follow up appointment with an orthopedic doc. At the Mentor Cleveland hospital.

This doc. Was very knowledgeable of min knee and leg concerns. No question was to insignificant for her to answer. Al care plan was put in place with directives of what to do if the leg pain was not healing over times.

The PA I saw was great. She examined my ankle and listened to my concerns with it, as well concern over my knee. Looked over the X-rays. Spoke about the treatment care she recommended and I agreed too, and thought it was appropriate and fantastic health care. I'd recommend the PA, I would go back for any other ortho appointments needed, myself.

I was tremendously impressed by the: Courtesy & Respect, Concern of Care Provider shown to me for my questions (many), Explanations given to me about the severity of my bone-on-bone, extent of knee damage (Both Knees), Genuine Efforts to Include me In decisions re: Best Course of TX & the Proposed TX of Needing Knee Replacements being needed now; Unique Degree to which the provider cared for me as a troubled person losing my ability to walk. For these numerous reasons, I would definitely recommend this care provider, In a heartbeat, to others!
