Elizabeth is fantastic. She always asks about my hearing and whether I am having any other issues related to my ears, nose, or throat. She is extremely gentle about cleaning my ears, and is one of the most efficient PAs that I have had. She Is always pleasant and makes an uncomfortable processs easy. I am very sorry to hear that she is leaving and will miss seeing her.

When Dr. Wencil noticed that Scheduling had only moved Dr. Appointment and not hearing test, she arranged for me to get hearing test that day and to also see her again.

Elizabeth is thorough, competent, caring, and friendly. She understands all of the issues and offers treatment plans. She follows up on treatment and adjusts if needed. I feel confident that she is handling my issues appropriately.
