Biography

About Ethan Benore, Ph.D.

Ethan Benore, PhD, BCB, ABPP received his bachelor's degree fromMiami University and earned his doctoral degree from Bowling Green StateUniversity. He completed an internship in Pediatric Psychology at the KennedyKrieger Institute, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He thencompleted his postdoctoral fellowship in Pediatric Psychology at the ClevelandClinic. Dr. Benore is board certified in both specialties of Clinical Child andAdolescent Psychology and Biofeedback.

Dr. Benore has focused his career on non-pharmacologicalinterventions for pain, primarily headache. He has target treatment in concussion, chronic pain and interdisciplinarytreatment for pain. He also provides behavioral interventions for sleepdisorders. He has been invited to speak on a variety of topics such aspediatric headache, concussion, behavioral sleep treatments, and clinicalbiofeedback.

He currently serves as Staff for Cleveland Clinic Children’sCenter for Pediatric Behavioral Health. In addition, he directs the OutpatientServices for the Centerfor Pediatric Chronic Pain and the PostdoctoralFellowship in Pediatric Pain Psychology.
