Athletic Performance Programs

“Athletic Performance Programs” refer to the assessment of the athlete to determine appropriate goals and methods to optimize performance. We strive to provide athletes with advanced understanding of body mechanics and capabilities.

Sports Health offers a variety of Performance Programs tailored to particular sports that are available to individuals on teams. Each program offers services as motion analysis, injury prevention, sport-specific evaluations and conditioning and rehabilitation programs.

Jump Right

ACL Injury Prevention Program

Match Fit

Soccer Performance Program

Match Fit is designed to improve jumping and landing techniques, and increase the flexibility, strength, power, agility, and quickness of the soccer player.
