Fairview Hospitals Radiation Oncology service became affiliated with Cleveland Clinic in 1994. In March of 1996 the service moved into a brand new facility on the Fairview Hospital Campus. That facility includes a new simulator and two new megavoltage treatment machines. A high-speed computer link between Fairview and the Clinic facilitates department management functions, safety systems, and sophisticated treatment planning often including cancer brachytherapy and radiotherapy.
Hillcrest Hospital Radiation Oncology
Hillcrest Hospital Department of Radiation Oncology became affiliated with Cleveland Clinic in 1995. Clinical operations were initiated on May 31, 1996 in a brand new facility. The facility includes a new simulator and a new megavoltage treatment machine. A high-speed computer link between Hillcrest and Cleveland Clinic facilitates sophisticated radiotherapy and cancer brachytherapy treatment planning.
Independence Family Health Center
Cleveland Clinic Radiation Oncology services are offered at the Cleveland Clinic Independence Family Health Center, including cancer brachytherapy.
Strongsville Family Health and Surgery Center
In 2010, Cleveland Clinic Strongsville expanded its existing cancer care services by adding a new, radiation oncology suite that features state-of-the-art linear accelerator with combined CT for better targeting. Radiation oncologists, who also see patients at Cleveland Clinic's Main Campus, work with the patient to tailor a ;cancer treatment and care plan specifically for that patient.

Cleveland Clinic Wooster Family Health Center's Department of Radiation Oncology offers highly effective technologically advanced radiotherapy for all types of tumors and related diseases. The staff provides care for patients throughout the State of Ohio . The new specially designed radiation oncology facility houses a state of the art linear accelerator. The Center offers a unique multidisciplinary approach involving medical and surgical oncology and your primary physicians in the development of your cancer brachytherapy or radiotherapy treatment plan.

Cleveland Clinic began offering radiation oncology services in association with Parma Community General Hospital in June 2000. Through this association, Cleveland Clinic provides radiation services to patients in the southwest quadrant of Cuyahoga County as well as to patients in neighboring Medina and Summit counties.
