Heart Center Welcome Desk
Our Heart Center Welcome Desk is located at the border between the H and F lobbies (the main hospital entrance lobby and the Heart Center Atrium lobby). There are people here to help determine your needs and direct you as needed. If you are a new heart patient, we will process your registration, prepare your charts and direct you to your appointment. We offer wheelchair escorts. If you are visiting a heart patient, we can give directions, look up inpatient room numbers, provide maps, and offer hotel information and literature.

Cleveland Clinic Operators
To address any needs or requests you have while visiting Cleveland Clinic, contact our service representatives. They can be contacted from any house phone and are available to expedite any requests before you leave our campus.

Hours: To schedule an appointment, call between 8 a.m.-5 p.m. weekdays.

Welcome Desks
Cleveland Clinic Ambassadors, our volunteer corps, are available at Welcome Desks in the lobbies of the Crile Building (Area A), the Cancer Center (Area R), and the Cole Eye Institute (Area i), and at the end of the skyway leading from the East 100th Street parking garage to the Crile Building. Ambassadors provide directions and general information.
