The Cleveland Clinic Gift Shop serves patients, family members, employees and visitors.It is located in the main entrance area at S18.
There is easy access from the E 93rd Street entrance, Parking Garage #1.
Hours of Operation:
- Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 10:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
- Sunday: 10:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.

The Cleveland Clinic Gift Shop offers patients and visitors a variety of unique gifts including beautiful jewelry, flowers and stuffed animals. Magazines, toiletries and other personal sundries may also be purchased at the Gift Shop.

Out-of-town customers may purchase Gift Shop merchandiser with a credit card by calling 216.444.1700 or toll free, 800.223.2273 extension 4-1700.
A Gift Shop customer may specify delivery instructions to either a home address or directly to a Cleveland Clinic patient’s room.
Please note: applicable shipping fees will apply for delivery of product outside of the Cleveland Clinic main campus.
Fresh floral arrangements arrive daily. To arrange for a floral delivery to a patient or employee, please call the Cleveland Clinic Gift Shop at 216.444.1700. Floral arrangements vary in size and price.
