Become a Cleveland Clinic Nursing Associate
Nurses here at Cleveland Clinic, one of the world’s premier academic medical centers, comprise a diverse and dynamic group recognized for nursing excellence with Magnet status, the nation’s highest award for exceptional nursing practice.
We invite you to make Cleveland Clinic your destination for nursing practice.
When you become a Nursing Associate at Cleveland Clinic’s main or regional campus, you will work with nurses who are supportive of each other and dedicated to delivering superior care to our patients. We take pride in mentoring new nursing professionals and are pleased to offer many exciting opportunities to nursing students.
As a Nursing Associate, you will work autonomously and perform a wide range of tasks under the supervision of an experienced registered nurse preceptor or a group of preceptors. You will enhance your critical thinking and organizational skills, become a valued member of the nurse practice team and build confidence in your clinical skills. When you complete the program, you will have the option of working PRN until you return to school or throughout your senior year.
