We continually strive to improve our services and develop new features and enhancements to maintain an excellent patient billing experience. As such, Patient Financial Services is pleased to announce that our Florida patients will begin to receive a single monthly statement from Cleveland Clinic, effective April 1, 2009. Developed in consultation with patient groups, the new statement is presented in a user-friendly format, including a “How to Read Your Statement” section, and more importantly combines physician and hospital charges into a single statement.
