What does it mean to put patients first? At Cleveland Clinic, we believe exceptional healthcare is rooted in a partnership between patients and caregivers.
This October, Cleveland Clinic joins healthcare organizations across the country in celebration of Patient-Centered Care Awareness Month. Our month-long celebration is based around the theme, “Healing Partners: Inspired Employees, Empowered Patients” and reaffirms our commitment to delivering patient-centered care, or healthcare in a manner that works best for patients.
The Cleveland Clinic Office of Patient Experience (OPE) is sponsoring this event and was created to support an environment at Cleveland Clinic that delivers excellent clinical outcomes while valuing human-to-human interactions as a critical component of healing.
If you’ve received exceptional patient-centered care from a Cleveland Clinic physician or employee, please tell us about your experience by nominating your Cleveland Clinic caregiver as an “Exceptional Partner in Healing." Click here to fill out a nomination form.
We are especially interested in hearing from you about employees who you think embody the principles of collaboration, ownership, respect and compassion in the care they provide to you and your family, anticipating and exceeding your expectations.
Cleveland Clinic is committed to providing the best clinical outcome and the best patient experience possible. Thank you for helping us recognize the employees who do this well.
