Hypertension Information
Educational materials relative to hypertension risks, management of hypertension, and various lifestyle modifications are available at the Center for Blood Pressure Disorders. Requests for information will be handled individually by calling 216.444.6771.
Continuing Care Clinic
The Center for Blood Pressure Disorders offers continuing care for patients with hypertension and/or hypertension-related disease conditions. A team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants are prepared to offer total care to the patient with hypertension.
Appointments
Patients interested in a diagnostic evaluation may call directly for an appointment at 216.444.6771. Patients are strongly encouraged to forward any prior medical records and/or diagnostic studies in advance of their examination or bring those medical records to their appointment.
Availability of Diagnostic Studies
The facilities of the Center for Blood Pressure Disorders are available to outside patients and their physicians on request. These services include ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, pheochromocytoma testing, renal function tests, metabolic evaluations, and hemodynamic testing. Studies can be arranged on direct request from a patient’s primary care physician by calling 216.444.6771.
