The Department of Infectious Disease is dedicated to pioneering new treatments and vaccines for various infections that face millions of people each day. We are currently enrolling patients in research studies covering the following topics:

- Daptomycin PJI study: Treatment for osteomyelitis in a prosthetic hip or knee.
- Daptomycin bacteremia study: Treatment for MRSA bacteremia.
- Tamiflu study: Treatment for influenza in post transplant recipients.
