Our noon conference core curriculum covers a wide array of topics to ensure our residents have a broad exposure to frequently tested topics on the ABIM examination in addition to topics that are essential to becoming a well rounded internist. Each year the noon conference series begins in July with daily lectures on core topics that entry level house staff will encounter on a regular basis and the remainder is interspersed throughout the year. The core curriculum (excluding the introductory topics) will routinely be given over an 18 month cycle, thus exposing residents to these topics at a minimum of twice during the 36 month training period. This list is not all inclusive and many other topics are covered throughout residents' training in venues of noon conference, morning report and attending rounds. Medicine Grand Rounds are held weekly on Thursdays from 7:30 – 8:30 am in Bunts Auditorium.
