Heart & Vascular Institute Grand Rounds now are available via video stream for our colleagues at Cleveland Clinic Family Health Centers.
(Please note: CME credit will only be provided to those who attend the live presentation.)
Please note the following procedure for evaluation and CME credits for attendees of 2011-2012 Heart and Vascular Institute Grand Rounds:
- Heart and Vascular Institute Grand Rounds are held most Fridays during the academic year (September 2011 through June 2012). Heart and Vascular Institute Grand Rounds are held 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. in Bunts Auditorium at the Cleveland Clinic, 9500 Euclid Avenue, unless otherwise noted.
- The Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education has in place an electronic registration system for the Cleveland Clinic. All Cleveland Clinic Grand Rounds are using this system. This system will allow attendees to track their own attendance and CME credits, and print out CME certificates. Instructions are as follows (and will also be provided with handouts at Heart and Vascular Institute Grand Rounds). The web site is: www.ccfmycme.com:83/mycme/mylogin.asp
- Each week, a code to access the system will be provided with the handout material. The codes are active from 8:00 a.m. each Friday to 30 days following the meeting. Attendees will only be able to receive CME credit by logging into the system during that time period.
- If you haven't already done so, you will need to create a password for yourself. You will use this number as a PIN each time you log in for subsequent Grand Rounds sessions (whether it be for Heart and Vascular Institute Grand Rounds or any other CC Department/Division using the on-line registration system). Please remember your password.
- All attendees for Heart and Vascular Institute Grand Rounds are encouraged to use the on-line system whether or not you are in need of obtaining CME credits. This system will allow us to track attendance to use for planning purposes of future Heart and Vascular Institute Grand Rounds. Be sure to print your CME certificate and keep for your files.
