Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
2 bananas, peeled and cut into one-inch chunks
1/2 cup orange juice
1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon soy powder ice

Preparation

In blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately. Makes four one-cup servings
