The Patient and Family Health and Education Center at Cleveland Clinic is here to help you learn about your health and provide resources to manage your condition. Its health educators and nurses can provide access to:
- Credible, easy-to-understand health information
- Print materials, videos, and online information
- Cleveland Clinic resources, services, and educational opportunities
- Public computers to do your own research and access health-related websites, including:
The Patient and Family Health and Education Center is staffed by health educators from the Center for Consumer Health Information and Heart & Vascular Institute resource nurses. The resources provided by the Center are free and available to all Cleveland Clinic patients and visitors.
Location: Desk Q1-2 on the Grand Hallway, first floor of the Glickman Tower and adjacent to the “iceberg” sculpture.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. The Center is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and hospital-designated holidays.
