The Pyramid Legacy Society was established in 1992 to honor and show appreciation to all patients, friends and alumni worldwide whose support is building a legacy of hope for Cleveland Clinic. We are deeply grateful to the more than 1,000 Pyramid members whose generosity and farsightedness enable us to continue providing the highest quality patient care through enhanced research and education.

Become a Pyramid Legacy Society member today by making a planned gift to Cleveland Clinic. 

You may qualify for membership if your philanthropic goals include:

• Making a bequest to Cleveland Clinic through a will or living trust
• Establishing a charitable gift annuity or charitable remainder trust with Cleveland Clinic that provides income payment to you for life
• Creating a lead trust that provides annual contributions to Cleveland Clinic prior to distribution to your  family
• Naming Cleveland Clinic as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy or retirement plan
• Confirming a charitable commitment through an irrevocable or testamentary pledge
• Establishing an endowed chair or endowed fund

The George Crile, Sr. Award

The Pyramid Legacy Society established the George Crile, Sr. award in 2003 to recognize the long-standing service, extraordinary commitment and outstanding contributions of a supporter's time, talent and resources to the mission and people of Cleveland Clinic.
