Pink Ribbon Bagels

Only a Few Days Left to Make Every Bagel Count

Through Thursday, October 31, every Pink Ribbon Bagel sold at Panera Bread will count toward a donation benefitting cancer programs at Cleveland Clinic.

During the month of October, the 40 participating Northeast Ohio Panera Bread bakery-cafes are donating a portion of proceeds from each Pink Ribbon Bagel sold to cancer programs at Cleveland Clinic’s Taussig Cancer Institute. Pink Ribbon Bagels can be pre-ordered (link to www.paneracovelli.com/gopinkcleveland) for pickup.

Pink Ribbon Bagels are available
from Panera until October 31.

Shaped in the form of the iconic pink ribbon, Pink Ribbon Bagels feature cherry chips, dried cherries and cranberries, vanilla, honey and brown sugar, and are baked fresh at each bakery-cafe. This is the third year the Cleveland-area Panera Bread bakery-cafes are supporting Cleveland Clinic through the sale of Pink Ribbon Bagels. In 2011 and 2012, Panera Bread/Covelli Enterprises donated more than $120,000 to cancer programs at Cleveland Clinic through its Go Pink fundraisers.

"Panera Bread is honored to host the Go Pink with Panera campaign for such a worthwhile cause. This campaign is about doing our part in helping those affected by cancer in our local community," said Sam Covelli, Owner/Operator of Covelli Enterprises/Panera Bread.

In addition, during the month of October, Cleveland Clinic is the recipient of the Operation Dough-Nation canisters in each of the Cleveland-area bakery-cafes. All money raised will support cancer programs at Cleveland Clinic.
