Thank you for considering the bequest of your remains to the Body Donation Program at Cleveland Clinic. This unique gift gives you the opportunity to make a lasting contribution to medical science. Because of your gift, medical students, residents and faculty can gain knowledge, which may prolong or improve someone’s life.

The Body Donation Program at Cleveland Clinic is an important community service that allows an individual to make a thoughtful contribution to medical science.

Enrollment in the program is open to anyone 18 and older. The Education Institute advises individuals who are interested in donating their body to pre-register with the program by completing and returning the Body Donation Form (provided below). However, if circumstances permit we will accept a body that has not been pre-registered.

To report a death (whether the deceased is pre-registered or not) the informant must notify CC immediately by calling 216-444-2200, this is the number to the CC Operator. The Operator has the contact information for those involved with the program so that proper arrangements can be made 24/7.

More detailed information on the Body Donation Program can be found by clicking on one of the links provided below.

Questions should be directed to the Body Donation Program: 216-444-5678.
