Cleveland Clinic Florida

From Miami
Take I-75 north to Exit 15 / Royal Palm Boulevard (old Arvida Parkway). At the traffic light make a left (south) onto Weston Road. Proceed a quarter of a mile and at the traffic light, make a left onto Cleveland Clinic Boulevard.

From the Florida Turnpike
Take the turnpike to I-595 west. Proceed to I-75 south to Exit 15 / Royal Palm Boulevard (old Arvida Parkway). At the traffic light make a left (south) onto Weston Road. Proceed a quarter of a mile and at the traffic light, make a left onto Cleveland Clinic Boulevard.

From West Palm Beach
Take I-95 south to SW 10th Street. Turn right onto SW 10th Street and continue through toll booth. Continue for approximately 23 miles, expressway becomes I-75. Take Exit 15 / Royal Palm Boulevard (old Arvida Parkway). At the traffic light make a left (south) onto Weston Road. Proceed a quarter of a mile and at the traffic light, make a left onto Cleveland Clinic Boulevard.

From I-95
Take I-95 to I-595 west to I-75 south to Exit 15 / Royal Palm Boulevard (old Arvida Parkway). At the traffic light make a left (south) onto Weston Road. Proceed a quarter of a mile and at the traffic light, make a left onto Cleveland Clinic Boulevard.

From Naples
Take I-75 south to Exit 22 / Glades Parkway East (old Arvida Parkway). Follow this to Weston Road (5 1/2 to 6 miles). At the traffic light make a right (south) onto Weston Road. Proceed a quarter of a mile and at the traffic light, make a left onto Cleveland Clinic Boulevard.

From the Cleveland Clinic Family Health Center

Take a right out of the parking lot onto N. Corporate Lakes Blvd. Proceed approximately 1/8 mile. At the traffic light, take a left onto Weston Rd.  Proceed to the forth traffic light.  Turn left on Cleveland Clinic Blvd. Follow the road around to the doors facing the fountain and I-75.  Park near the fountains (valet service is also available). Cleveland Clinic representatives at the information desk are available to guide you to your appointment.  

Family Health Center

From Miami

Cleveland Clinic Florida Health and Wellness Center

Driving Directions 

CityPlace Tower is located at the intersection of Okeechobee Boulevard between Rosemary Avenue and Quadrille.

From I-95 Exit 70 to Okeechobee Boulevard East or from Turnpike Exit 99 to Okeechobee Boulevard East.  Continue east on Okeechobee Boulevard, proceed past the Kravis Center and past the main entrance to City Place (Rosemary Avenue).  Get in the left turn lane and turn left – do not cross over RR tracks. Entrance to the Hibiscus Parking Garage will be straight ahead.  Valet Service is accessible by proceeding around the west side of the CityPlace Tower building to the entrance.

From US1/Dixie Highway (southbound) turn right onto Lakeview Ave/Okeechobee Blvd or from US1/ Olive Avenue (northbound) turn left onto Lakeview Avenue/Okeechobee Blvd.  Proceed on Okeechobee Blvd, cross over the railroad tracks and turn right into the Hibiscus Parking Garage.   Valet Service is accessible by proceeding around the west side of the CityPlace Tower building to the entrance. 

Valet Parking

• Valet Service is offered at the north entrance of the building.
• Rates: $8 for up to 4 hours, $16 for up to 8 hours. 

Hibiscus Parking Garage

Parking is available on Levels 1– 4.    We suggest you park on Level 4 due to the number of spaces available and elevator access.

Access to covered walkway from Hibiscus Parking Garage to CityPlace Tower:

• Level 1: ground level access to the covered walkway into the CityPlace Tower building, but limited parking spaces.
• Level 2 and Level 3: stairs access only  down to the covered walkway into the CityPlace Tower building.
• Level 4: stairs and elevator access down to the covered walkway into the CityPlace Tower building.

When approaching parking level 4, please bear to the right of the white cement parking cones and then make immediate left following signs for additional CityPlace Tower parking.  Proceed to SW corner of the parking garage.  Stairs and elevator access available in the corner.

Handicap Parking is available on all levels with most spots available on Level 1 in the SW corner of the parking garage.

From I-95
Go south to S.W. 10th Street (Sawgrass Expressway) and turn right, proceeding through the toll booth. Continue for approximately 23 miles; the expressway will turn into I-75 south. Exit at Royal Palm Boulevard (exit #15 – formerly called Arvida Parkway). At the first traffic light, make a left (south) onto Weston Road. Proceed ¼ of a mile and make a left onto Cleveland Clinic Boulevard.

From the Florida Turnpike
Go south to I-595 and exit west. Proceed to I-75 and head south to Royal Palm Boulevard (exit #15 – formerly called Arvida Parkway). At the first traffic light, make a left (south) onto Weston Road. Proceed ¼ of a mile and make a left onto Cleveland Clinic Boulevard.

Driving Directions to the Administrative Annex at Meridian Office Park

Take I-75 north to Exit 15 / Royal Palm Boulevard. Make right onto Royal Palm Blvd (traffic can only exit right at exit’s end). Get in the far left lane. At the first traffic light make a left (south) onto Weston Road. Proceed a quarter of a mile through 2 traffic lights (Hospital will be on your left). Proceed through the second traffic light for approximately 500 feet and look for the entrance to Meridian Business Complex on your right. Make a right onto Meridian Parkway. We are the first building on the left.
