Making an Appointment – Access Plus Center
Whether you’re an existing patient and just need to make an appointment or you wish to become a patient of Cleveland Clinic in Florida for the first time, we make it easy to access our world class care through our Access Plus Center.
This helpful service will facilitate your visit to the Clinic from start to finish, allowing you to:
- Schedule or confirm appointments with Cleveland Clinic in Florida physicians.
- Register prior to your actual visit. Provide your insurance information by phone, and a staff member will obtain the necessary verifications before your appointment.
- Expedite the authorization process by helping you identify what type of insurance authorization may be required, and work with your insurance carrier to obtain approvals prior to your visit, whenever possible.
- Obtain information on Cleveland Clinic in Florida and answers to many of your most common questions, such as:
- How to reach the facility.
- If you should see a specialist, and what kind.
- What forms of insurance are accepted.

Appointments Online
You may also initiate an appointment online. Simply enter the requested information and click the “Send Appointment Request” button. A Cleveland Clinic in Florida representative will call you to schedule your appointment.
As a reminder of your appointment, you will receive an automated appointment reminder telephone call, a few days prior to your appointment.
Information Desk
If you need guidance or help, simply stop by the Information Desk at the entrance to the Clinic, in the first floor lobby.
Volunteers will answer your questions, help you call a cab, find a hotel or locate a friend or family member in the building.
Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available inside the entrance to the buildings. All Clinic buildings are easily accessible to wheelchair patients. A host is available at the information desk to escort patients to their appointments.

Hotels and motels in nearly every price range are available nearby. When you make your appointment, ask for the list of hotels that offer discounts to Cleveland Clinic in Florida patients.
