E-Mail Interactions
PESG e-mail address offers interaction and networking through a dedicated e-mail address. Messages sent are forwarded by PESG (Pediatric Epilepsy Support Group) staff to Volunteer Parent Ambassadors who will thereafter revert with relevant information sought.
Telephone Interactions
PESG voicemail is a dedicated phone line with a confidential voice mail box available as well for interested families. Messages left on this voice mail box are retrieved on a regular basis by the Volunteer Parent Ambassadors who then return the valls or forward them as appropriate.
