2013 Personalized Healthcare Summit

The Cleveland Clinic Personalized Healthcare Summit is a conference dedicated to hosting an intellectual forum to explore the disruptive innovation of Personalized Healthcare delivery, share experiences, develop collaborations, and create a roadmap to enable the practice of personalized healthcare. Through meaningful discussion and collegial interactions, attendants can examine issues such as clinical integration, education, innovative business partnerships, societal issues and healthcare reform.

The Personalized Healthcare Summit consists of panel discussions, case studies, keynote talks and patient stories. Participants attending the session will learn to:
