At the Cleveland Clinic main campus location, the Visia™ Evaluation System offers additional direction in treating your anti-aging skin care needs through a free complete computer analysis. By using digital photography, your face is read by the Visia™ system to provide a score in the different phases of facial aging via a database that determines average levels of facial skin aging for certain ages and skin types.
Through analyzing features such as pore size, wrinkles and hyperpigmentation, Visia™ technology guides our specialists on how to best begin your skin care regimen. Once treatment is underway, a follow-up photo is analyzed to document the progress of your skin care treatment. No makeup should be worn when Visia™ analysis is used.
Skin Evaluation Follow-up No charge (30 min.)
A skin care specialist reviews your skin care treatment progress, typically four to six weeks after beginning a new medical skin care program. A Visia™ system follow-up photograph session will include comparison discussion (at Cleveland Clinic main campus location only), which is typically repeated after the first appointment at intervals of three, six, nine or 12 months. Follow up in required annually to remain a current patient.
Eye Treatment $45 (30 min.)
A gentle massage using pressure points and lymph drainage. Ideal for strengthening delicate skin around the eyes, smoothing wrinkles, tightening, lifting and reducing puffiness. Treatments may be scheduled alone or in a series of six, spaced one week apart.
Dermablading $45 (30 min.)
A micro-exfoliation of the top layer of your skin (epidermis). This technique smoothes the texture of the skin and removes superficial facial hair. This is an acid-free quick mini peel with no down time. Eye treatment may be added to this; when scheduling both, please allow for 1 hour.
Microdermabrasion $125 (30 min.) or $175 with Micronage Peel
Removal of the outer layer of dead skin cells by gently exfoliating the skin with natural diamond chips, while vacuuming the dead skin cells away in a sterile and controlled manner. Your skin will be smooth and radiant. Eye treatment may be added to this peel; when scheduling both, please allow for 1 hour. Available only at Main Campus.
HydraFacial $100 (30 min.)
Removes dead skin cells and impurities while simultaneously bathing the new skin with cleansing, hydrating and moisturizing skin solutions. The treatment is soothing, refreshing, non-irritating and immediately effective. Eye treatment may be added to this peel; when scheduling both, please allow for 1 hour. Available only at Main Campus.
The Traditional: Glycolic Peel $100 (30 min.)
Ideal for all skin types. A brightening, anti-oxidant or clarifying booster peel pad may be added for and additional $15. Dermablading and eye treatment may be added to this peel; when scheduling please allow extra time for these services.
The Modern: Illuminize Peel $115 (30 min.)
Salicylic, mandalaic, resorcinol, phytic and malic acid are combined for this skin care treatment. There is minimal to no down time or discomfort. Dermablading and eye treatment may be added to this peel; when scheduling, please allow extra time for these services.
The Classic: Salicylic Acid Peel $125 (30 min.)
This treatment is ideal for prematurely aged or acne-prone/oily skin. Approximately five to seven days of possible flaking or peeling are possible following treatment.
The Contemporary: Vitalize Peel $165 (30 min.)
A modified Jessner's peel in conjunction with Retinoic acid. This treatment is great for correcting hyperpigmentation, or stubborn acne. Peeling and flaking occurs about 48 hours after procedure and may continue for 3-5 days. Eye treatment bay be added to this peel; when scheduling, please allow an additional 30 min.
Micronage $125 or $50 when added to Microdermabrasion
Skin Refining System. Reveals a more radiant, clear complexion with little to no downtime. May be combined with Microdermabrasion.
Quelage $150 (30 min.)
Skin Calming System. A peel designed for sensitive skin. A light flaking may occur after a few days revealing clarity to the skin and reduced redness and a more uniform, even skin tone.
Actinage $150 (30 min.)
Skin Clarifying System. Designed for the Mild to Moderate Acne. Perfect for whiteheads, blackheads and oily skin problems. After light flaking and dryness, clear and even skin tone is revealed. A month’s worth of home care is provided for maintenance.
Jessners Peel $185 (1 hour)
This peel is great for correcting hyperpigmentation, stimulating collagen production and correcting acne. Peeling lasts approximately 3-7 days. A minimum series of three treatments is recommended.
Gloss $195 (30 min.)
Skin Retexturing System. Possible downtime is 5-7 days. Recommended for skin times I-IV. Perfect for retexturing, polishing and improving enlarged pores. Excellent for Anti-Aging. Great maintenance treatment for the Blue Peel or Melanage Peel.
Mini Melanage HP $295 (30 min.)
Skin Brightening System. Perfect for sun damage, dull and uneven skin tone. Mild to moderate hyperpigmentation responds well revealing a brighter, more even complexion. Flaking and peeling may occur with possible redness for about 5 days.
Melange $175 (30 min.) or $1400 for two treatments within a year
Skin Lightening System. Perfect for moderate to severe sun damage/Melasma. Painless mask done 1 or 2 times a year. Applied in the office and worn home for several hours. A post-care kit includes a three month supply of prescription cream to maintain the results. Some degree of redness and peeling occurs for about 7 days. An improvement in dark patches and spots, fine lines and wrinkles results, and collagen production is increased.
The Obagi Blue Peel $850 (1.5 hours) or $1500 for two treatments within a year
A Modified TCA peel for patients with stubborn hyperpigmentation, fine lines and/or photodamage. Healing is typically seven to ten days, and most patients may want to schedule time to be at home during the healing period. There is no pain during healing, but tightness and heavy peeling will occur. You will continue to see results for three months or more following this treatment.
It is mandatory patients skin is preconditioned with recommended prescription products for a minimum of six weeks prior to treatment. This treatment also requires a Skin Evaluation follow-up appointment one to two weeks prior to the scheduled procedure, as well as a two week follow-up appointment.
