No item from the skin care line may be returned for any reason, except for container damage during shipping or the order was processed in error by Cleveland Clinic Aesthetic Services. In this event, an original sales receipt dated within 30 days is required for all returns and exchanges. Merchandise must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories.
Returns with an original sales receipt will receive a refund based on the initial form of payment. Returns or exchanges without a receipt will not be accepted. Cleveland Clinic Aesthetic Services reserves the right to limit or decline returns and exchanges.
