Cleveland Clinic's Center for Connected Care offers a series of free monthly educational opportunities. These programs are designed for skilled nursing facility admissions directors, social workers, nursing staff, case managers and marketing directors. Cleveland Clinic staff is welcome to attend. The sessions are conveniently offered at Cleveland Clinic's main campus, Fairview, Hillcrest and South Pointe hospitals and participants earn CEU credit from each program.
