Millcraft Paper Supports Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital with Buy + Give Charitable Program

Cleveland, Ohio – January 2011 - The Millcraft Paper Company has launched a new community outreach initiative to support non-profit organizations through individual business supply purchasing programs.  Millcraft’s “Buy + Give” business supply program provides area businesses the opportunity to support designated non-profit organizations through routine business purchases such as business and office papers and supplies. Millcraft is partnering with its core paper and supply manufacturers to create a series of private-branded product lines within the “Buy + Give” program. For every requisite quantity purchased, Millcraft will donate a percentage in the buyer’s name to the ascribed non-profit organization.

The inaugural non-profit beneficiary of Millcraft’s “Buy+Give” initiative is the Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital’s “Lend a Hand” program. Millcraft has partnered with a core supplier - Domtar Paper - to create a specifically branded “Lend a Hand” multi-purpose, office copy and printer paper. For every carton sold of “Lend a Hand” office paper, Millcraft will donate $1 to the Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital in the name of the purchasing business.

Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital provides world-class medical, surgical and rehabilitative care for over 600,000 young patients each year. It is ranked among the top children’s hospitals in eight out of 10 rated specialties by U.S. News and World Report (2010), and more than 100 of its pediatric staff are listed in Best Doctors (2009-2010) or Top Doctors by Castle Connolly Medical, Ltd (2009 edition).

While the Cleveland Clinic’s Children’s Hospital represents the first local organization to benefit from “Buy+Give”, Millcraft’s ultimate goal is to team up with a variety of area non-profits to maximize the impact of this community outreach program.
