As part of the application process, a pre-hire assessment is given to external applicants applying to positions with Cleveland Clinic, excluding Canada, CCAD (Abu Dhabi), and Medina Hospital applicants. The purpose of the assessment is to determine applicants’ fit with our culture and core values.
We advise having 15 minutes of uninterrupted time to complete the assessment. Fully completed sections of the assessment can be saved; you can return to complete the assessment at a later time. You will have ten (10) calendar days to complete the assessment.
Applicants who do not take or complete the assessment will not be considered for employment. Results are held confidential by Cleveland Clinic.
