Cleveland Clinic's department of Radiation Oncology is a state-of-the-art facility with world-class oncologists specializing in areas such as radiotherapy and brachytherapy . We use various radiotherapy and brachytherapy techniques, such as HDR brachytherapy and Novalis shaped beam surgery to treat cancer conditions.
We are also the only Ohio cancer program to offer the Calypso™ 4D Localization System for treating prostate cancer. This unique radiation targeting technology, developed with the help of our radiation oncologists and urologists, works like a GPS system. It determines the exact position and movement of the prostate during radiation therapy treatment - optimizing radiation targeting and minimizing side effects. >Learn more about Calypso 4D
