MyChart is an innovative, safe and secure online tool that allows you to retrieve your electronic medical record anywhere, anytime. Whether at home or traveling, MyChart serves as your personal medical companion that provides you with access to view your Cleveland Clinic Canada test results, review your medication history or request or change an appointment.

In addition, MyChart offers an educational link for some of the more common conditions affecting Canadians and will automatically alert you to important healthcare reminders and seasonal and routine medical alerts to protect you from flu, outbreaks or diseases.

As a MyChart user, you are able to:

• Review past appointments 
• Manage appointment requests and cancellations
• View your health summary, current list of medications and some test results as released by your physician 
• Receive important health reminders
