Recipes
Chocolate Tofu Mousse
The silken extra firm tofu in this recipe replaces heavy cream in original mousse recipes. Silken extra firm tofu offers the same thick, creamy texture like regular mousse, but with a lot less saturated fat and more protein. The bananas help add natural sweetness, plus fiber. More protein, plus fiber make this a filling dessert. Remember 70 percent cocoa is rich in antioxidants which provide cardioprotective benefits: improves blood flow, lowers blood pressure, and makes blood platelets less sticky and able to clot.
You can feel good about your heart and your waistline too: this recipe is one of our Go! Foods® recipes.
