Six one-year fellowship positions are offered. The goal of this fellowship is to provide a comprehensive experience in critical care medicine. The fellow will:
- Develop a unique opportunity to provide excellent primary care to critically ill surgical patients.
- Develop outstanding skills in state-of-the-art clinical, educational, investigative and administrative aspects of critical care medicine.
Fellowships in anesthesiology critical care medicine at Cleveland Clinic have drawn a large number of fellows in the last two years. This contrasts with the national trend and speaks highly of these opportunities.
For the last five years, we have graduated more than ten percent of the total anesthesiology critical care fellows in the United States.
