Show your Healthwise Connection card to save 10% on home medical equipment (such as walkers and wheelchairs), Discount Drug Mart-brand health and beauty aids, and prescription medications, exclusive of any co-payments. Savings are available at all Ohio Discount Drug Mart stores.

Phillips Lifeline emergency monitoring can help you maintain your independence and also give your family peace of mind. For a little more than a dollar a day, help is available at the push of a button. Phillips can give you greater security and a sense of confidence to help maintain your independent lifestyle.
There is no equipment to buy, no long-term contract to sign and you may discontinue the service at any time. Healthwise Connection members will receive free installation, free first month of service and discounts on the monthly service fees when they call to enroll in the service. Curves Fitness Centers
Curves is the first fitness and weight loss facility dedicated to providing affordable, one-stop exercise and nutritional information for women. The Curves 30-minute circuit works every major muscle group, two muscles at a time so you can burn up to 500 calories.

Use your Healthwise Connection card to receive up to 10 hours of service at 50% off the normal hourly rates for nonmedical home care and companion services. Offer good for new clients of Comfort Keepers, Hanson Services and Home Instead Senior Care.
These companies help promote healthy and independent living through a variety of non-medical services which may include meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, incidental transportation, personal care, and escorts for errands and shopping*.
Care is available from just a few hours a day, up to 24 hours a day, seven days a week from specially trained caregivers. A free, no obligation in-home assessment is available to any Healthwise Connection member. For more information, call. Hotel Accommodations

Daily Dinner Cafeteria Discount
Purchase a $4 "Daily Dinner" special from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays at Cleveland Clinic main campus hospital H cafeteria. Show your membership card to receive specially priced meals that include a delicious main entrée, soup or salad, two side dishes, fresh roll, small dessert and fountain beverage. Daily specials are also available at Euclid, Fairview, Hillcrest, Lakewood, Lutheran, Medina and South Pointe hospitals, but times may vary.
Parking

If you expect frequent visits to the main campus, self-park coupons are available at any of the Valet Cashier Desks, the Garage Cashiers, the Mellen Center Lot Cashier or at any parking office.
