The premise underlying the formation of the Samson Global Leadership Academy is that the competencies to lead and manage in a healthcare setting differ from those needed to be an effective physician, nurse and administrator. For example, it has been suggested by numerous authorities (1-7) that:

During this two-week curriculum led by some of the best minds in healthcare and academia, you will:

All hotel and most meal expenses for the two-week program are included in the $15,000 tuition. Attendees are asked to arrange their own air and ground transportation to and from the InterContinental Hotel & Conference Center.
