Dr Kshettry was great. Informative, direct, and a good listener. Explained surgery in detail and I was impressed by his back up plan in case it was necessary. (Plan B). He really cares about the patient (me) and it shows. Greatful to have him as my surgeon for my surgery options for Trigeminal Neuralgia In October. Also, impressed by his assistant Maria who was so helpful in scheduling my surgery and pre-op appts. I was a bit of a pain in vacilating appt for surgery date, and Maria never showed any annoyance with me and kept her sense of humor. She was pleasant, efficient and understanding.

Dr. Kshettry and nurse practitioner, Maria K, always made me feel that I can reach out to them. I had such a negative experience at the start of this journey with an ENT (not directly linked to CCF). Once I was in the care of Dr. Kshettry, I never had to worry about scheduling my own appts and they were always willing to connect through email.

Maria is a gift! She contacted me morning, afternoon, evening. She learned quickly I am someone with a worried heart and she helped build rapport and care for me from the moment I stepped in the office. She built a trust out of the gates. At my most difficult moment (the night before surgery) she called to reassure me of the procedure and did what no one else could offer, an empathetic ear, a knowledge in the procedure and the peace of mind that I was in good hands with Dr. Kshettry. Love this team!

By far this was the greatest team at Cleveland Clinic and doctor I have ever worked with! His knowledge is evident, yet he eloquently puts the process in laymen's terms. He was caring, respectful, and took his time with me. World class care at its best! I have recommended him to others even out of state.

Dr. K is great. He was patient, explained everything, listened to my concerns and questions and answered them thoroughly. He treated me with respect and dignity. I hope I don't have to have brain surgery, but, if I do, I'm thankful that Dr. K would be the physician to perform the surgery. All of the neuro staff has been great. CCF is very lucky to have them on staff.
